Biggs Motoring does NOT offer refunds for any reason.
All sales are FINAL with 30-DAY EXCHANGE ONLY
π 30-Day Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange only
To qualify:

Item must be in the same condition received

Security labels, barcodes, and tamper seals must be intact

Item must be unopened, unused, and not installed

Must include the order number inside the box

Buyer pays all return shipping costs
A 20% restocking fee may apply.
If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit under any circumstances.

We cannot accept returns if:

Item is installed, used, or shows signs of wear

Security labels or serial numbers are removed or altered

Item is missing parts, damaged, or modified

Item is past 30 days from delivery

Sale/discounted items (no credit or exchange on sale items)

All returned items are fully tested and inspected.
If an item is found to be:

Fully functional

Different than the item we sent

Missing components

Tampered with

Damaged due to improper installation
β The exchange will be rejected, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping back to them.
π Installation Responsibility
Biggs Motoring is not responsible for:

Incorrect diagnosis

Wrong part ordered

Improper installation

Damage caused during installation

Vehicle compatibility issues
Buyer is fully responsible for confirming part numbers and fitment before purchasing.

Use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
π Gift Purchases
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout:

You will receive store credit for the value of the return.
If not marked as a gift, store credit/exchange will be issued to the original purchaser.

Handling Time
All orders are subject to a 4-business-day handling time (MondayβFriday).
Most orders are processed same day or next business day, but delays may occur during high-volume periods.
We do NOT offer overnight or express shipping.

Oversized / Heavy freight: LTL truck freight (delivered to commercial/business addresses only)

We ship to the lower 48 U.S. states only.
All other locations require additional shipping charges, including but not limited to:

Freight Shipping Requirements
For LTL truck shipments:

Commercial delivery only

Customer must provide accurate receiving hours

Liftgate or residential delivery may require extra fees
Order Accuracy & Delivery
Buyers are responsible for providing:

Valid phone number (required for freight shipments)
Any shipment returned due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.
